Marquis Los Cabos is an All-Inclusive Adult Only resort. The room block rates are available from Wednesday, April 23, 2025, until Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

The resort will be rented out by a group on Tuesday April 22, so the hotel staff will be transitioning back to standard operations on Wednesday April 23. The food and beverage services will be limited that day; therefore, we recommend you book your arrival day for Thursday April 24. 

The last date to book your room is Sunday, February 23, 2025.

Deposit Policy: This exclusive rate requires a nonrefundable/ nontransferable 2 (two) night stay amount deposit which will be charged at the time of booking to the credit card listed on your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation 20 days prior to the arrival date. The same credit card must be presented during the check in process. Please note the reservation is nontransferable. No change on the name is allowed. This rate cannot be honored after the cutoff date of the contract. Any modification requested 20 days or less before the arrival date will be applying current rates at the time of the request.

Cancellation Policy: The first two nights cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred. If cancelled or modified up to 21 days, the penalty charge will be of two first nights. If cancelled or modified from 20 days or less prior to the arrival date, a penalty charge of the full stay amount, taxes included. No shows or early depatures are penalized with the total stay amount including taxes.

If you plan to stay at another resort, please let us know because access to the property is restricted for Marquis guests only. However, they will allow our invited guests to attend our events for a daily access fee.
